Not only do yuo have the worrk of flying your helicopter but you will also need to keep an eye of fuel and make sure you drop the ladder at the right locations. SIM Rescue helicopter game controls:

Up Arrow - Forward.

Down Arrow - Backward.

Left Arrow - Turn Left.

Right Arrow - Turn Right.

S - Lower ladder

Spacebar - Refuel
